We appreciate your interest in participating as a dealer at SMR Promotions' Melville Collectibles Show. We are excited to get started.

Dealers Info

Table Costs and Set Up

Our show hours are 9:00 Am to 2:00 PM on the selected Saturday of each month. 

Set up for dealers will begin at 7:00 AM on the morning of the show. 

Tables Costs are as follows: 

(All tables are 8 feet)

(1) table - $60

(2) tables - $115

(3) tables - $165

Show Location:

110 Bingo Hall - 535 Broad Hollow Rd, Suite A2, Melville, NY 11747

Show Hours: 

Saturday - 9AM to 2PM

​

Vendor Load-In:

Saturday morning at 7 AM.

Side Glass door will be marked for load in. 

It is to the left of the South Main Entrance.

*We do not supply hand trucks; you must bring your own.*

Vendor Load-Out:

Load-out will begin at 2:00PM. 

Please throw out all garbage and leave your space clean to make breakdown of the show easier for us. It is greatly appreciated.

Parking:

Parking is free for all show vendors and attendees. We suggest you arrive early if you want to get a space closer to the building entrance as spaces are first come first serve.

​

WiFi:

Is free to all show vendors. 

WiFi password will be sent in an email to show vendors.

​

Shipping:

If you need to ship anything to the show, all shipments must be coordinated in advance and be addressed correctly. The shipping address must follow this format:
